FLOTIZ is Sterling Corporation's own proprietary water park brand - conceptualised, developed, and operated by Sterling Corporation to transform Sri Lanka's tourism and leisure landscape. FLOTIZ water parks are fully inflatable, commercially engineered aquatic entertainment installations purpose-built for deployment at beach resorts, riverside hotels, lagoon-side properties, and inland recreational destinations across Sri Lanka.
The FLOTIZ brand represents Sterling Corporation's most ambitious first-mover initiative: bringing the concept of structured, branded, and commercially operated inflatable water parks to Sri Lanka on a national scale. Where competitors rely on ad hoc imports, FLOTIZ delivers a consistent, branded customer experience at every location.

Hotels acquire the FLOTIZ installation outright. Sterling Corporation handles import, delivery, installation, and an initial training programme. Ongoing maintenance support contracts available.
Sterling Corporation installs and operates the FLOTIZ facility on a revenue-share basis - enabling hotels to offer a world-class aquatic attraction with zero capital outlay. Subject to property assessment and agreement terms.
